Chasing the Blues

Find something that you like and do it every day. It could be listening to music, dancing to your favorite songs on the radio, singing in a nice bubble bath, etc. For good pain relief, watch comedy on TV or rent comedy DVDs.  You will be amazed by how much pain relief you get when you laugh.
