Magnesium and Malic Acid -- works well for many fibromyalgia patients -- does nothing for others.  It is worth a try because it is not expensive and it may help you.

CoQ-10 (75-125 mg/day) -- increases energy at the cellular level

Kava Kava -- relaxes muscle spasms

Human Growth Hormone -- can increase energy, decrease fatigue, shorten the length of flares and has many other benefits

DHEA -- For those of your over 40, DHEA can make a real difference in how you feel.  It can increase energy and enhance sexuality.  Women should not take more than 25 mg per day and men should not take more than 50 mg per day.
