Know Your Limits!

On days when we feel well, we often try to "make up" for the times that we're ill. Each of us has a different threshold of how hard we can push ourselves without suffering the consequences. Keep careful notes and watch the warning signs your body gives you to prevent "overdoing it" and end up in distress.

Takes breaks at least every 2 hours.  Get up, walk around and stretch.
